At BMX Bike Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to understand your options.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not be accepted.
- Returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
To start a return, please contact our support team at Info@bmxbikezone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electric bikes or parts that have been ridden or activated
- Customized or special-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product?
We’re happy to arrange an exchange for eligible items. Simply contact us to confirm availability and follow the return instructions above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bmxbikezone.com.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly assess the issue and provide a solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it will follow our standard return policy.
